How do I return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't like gosisso. Contact info@gosisso.com and state your order number and the products you wish to exchange or return, and we will help you with the necessary steps.

Help! I can't find my return slip.

Don't worry - gosisso packages do not contain return slips. Contact info@gosisso.com and we will help you with the return or exchange.

What are the return policies?

If you need a return address, please contact us and we will provide it if it qualifies.

We support cancellation within one day of placing the order, also we will process the order within 1-3 days.

If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the shipment time, and it is within the time specified on the website where the cancellation can be initiated, both can cancel the order

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you want to return, or if you have problems returning within 30 days, you can contact info@gosisso.com.

Order number must be provided to return and you must send us tracking of the packaging being returned and you will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I have used the item?

Please note that items used for more than 30 days cannot be replaced or refunded.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It usually takes 3-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, both for credit cards and Klarna.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you have received a different product than what you ordered, we apologize for this! It rarely happens. Contact us at info@Ggosisso.com and we will make sure you get the product you ordered!

What is the return process if I am not satisfied with the product?

 

Yes, within 30 days after you receive the package. Here's what to do:

  1. Pack the goods securely in a box.
  2. Adhere the mailing label directly to the address side of the package, covering any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping adjacent pages.
  3. Use the address provided and apply the correct postage amount.
  4. Send the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
  5. Send us the tracking via email to info@gosisso.com

 

Pay attention to this! If you have received a defective product, it is important that you send an email to info@GOSISSO.com before returning the order.

 

We will then be able to help you with the return procedure and find a suitable solution.

NOTE:

If your order is not purchased via www.gosisso.com, the return rules apply to the store where you bought the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received due to our reasons are damaged or incorrect and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
