Gosisso Marketplace is an e-commerce platform enabling third-party sellers to sell their products on a fixed-price online marketplace.

Shipping and Delivrey

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, ensuring quality checks and careful packaging. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days, while express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €30 and includes taxes. If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 30 days and hasn’t reached your country, you’ll receive a full refund. Incomplete deliveries are corrected within 2 business days.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations:

• Within 1 day:Orders can be canceled within 1 day after they are placed. A cancellation fee of 2€ will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• After 1 day:Cancellations are not guaranteed after 1 day. Orders can only be canceled if the items have not yet been handed over to the logistics provider. Please contact us promptly to check the status of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting info@Gosisso.com with your order number and return details. Return labels are not included in the package—contact us to get assistance. Used items beyond 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement. Refunds take 3–10 business days. If the return is due to customer choice, the customer pays shipping; if it's due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we cover the cost.

Prohibited Content

You acknowledge and agree not to submit prohibited content via the platform. Prohibited content includes:

• Offensive content, including profanity, obscenity, indecency, violence, prejudice, hatred, and discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

• Any product, service, or marketing that is illegal where the product, service, or marketing is received.
• Any content involving and/or referring to personal health information protected under HIPAA or HITEC Act.

Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within seven business days after the start of the withdrawal period mentioned in Article 6, paragraph 1. For an agreement to provide a service, this period begins after the consumer has received confirmation of the agreement.

The consumer is obligated to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment information immediately to the entrepreneur.

In the case of non-payment by the consumer, the entrepreneur has the right, subject to legal limitations, to charge reasonable costs that have been made known to the consumer in advance.

Miscellaneous

You represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these terms and perform your obligations under them, and that nothing in this agreement or in the fulfillment of such obligations will cause you to breach any other contract or obligation. If any party fails to exercise a right set forth in this agreement, it shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights under this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates, or improvements to the program shall be subject to this agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to modify this agreement from time to time. Updates to this agreement will be communicated to you. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically and to be aware of such changes. By continuing to participate in the program after such changes, you accept this agreement as modified.
